HALLOWEEN IN DISNEYLAND
The entrance to Disneyland was lined with all these character pumpkins

These fun characters were on the tram ride from parking.

More of the Haunted Mansion

Our family loves Nightmare Before Christmas, it's one of our favorite holiday shows. It was awesome having the park all decked out for Halloween and seeing the characters from the movie throughout the park.

I had so many fun pictures that I couldn't possibly blog them all, so I decided to put them into a collage.

LEGOLAND
Thursday September 30th
The boys joined the Harrison family and the Poulsen family in Legoland today.
They were really excited to spend the day with their cousins.
Here's the group of cousins ready to have a fun day.
My handsome guys

Darth Vader made out of Legos
Rickie looks a bit scared, time to go back to Jedi training

Lee doesn't feel very threatened by Vader,
he's so relaxed he's sitting on the fence

Robbie the True Jedi is ready for battle

The boys said this is the ride that made them want to puke
hahaha

Rickie with his green Bionicle

Lee and his red Bionicle

The really cool thing is that each of the boys have the exact
Bionicle they had their picture taken with ,
it was the first one they got in their collection.

LegoLand is full of things made out of legos (no surprise)
so here are a bunch of cool pictures

love the Halloween spider

These are tiny little models,
each little person is different than the others

this one played the Old McDonald had a Farm song

the boys found a pretty woman

Not sure what to think of this....my 10 yrs smooching with the help of his cousin
Where was the adult supervision?!

The boys thought Legoland was awesome and super fun.
They are so glad they went. They got rained on and where exhausted when they got home, but LOVED IT!
So glad they were able to go.

Princess Day
Thursday September 30th
Today was princess day in Disneyland.
The boys went to LegoLand with my sisters so the whole day was all about Kimmie.

We started our day out with breakfast at Ariels Grotto

We met Ariel first thing and had our pictures taken and got her autograph

We were then seated and Kimmie was given a crown to decorate

Then we ate breakfast.
It was a delishous meal of fruits and breads and cheese for the first course.

The next course was waffles and scrambled eggs and sausage.
Love this picture of my little lady pouring her syrup
The best part of the meal was about to start, Kimmie was so excited.

While we enjoyed our food different princess went
around the room to meet the guests.
The first princess was Aura from Sleeping Beauty

Next we met Snow White

Then Cinderella

And finally Belle
Kimmie was so super excited to meet each of the princesses.
She got to talk with them one on one for a few minutes while they signed her book.

After breakfast Kimie found a little friend to play with
(she is such a social girl)

After breakfast Kimmie wanted to go on Soarin'

This is her favorite ride in California Adventure
Then we headed over to Disneyland and did some more shopping.

We met the Frasers at the Princess Fantasy Fair
Kimmie excitedly waited in line with Bella, Hanna, and Maya
to see the princesses again

Another signature from Ariel

Then we stayed in FantasyLand and looked around the
shops and windows and went on rides

In front of Mr. Toads Wild Ride

On our way to AdventureLand we saw Pocahontas

We went over to the Pirate Lair on Tom Sawyer Island

The Dead Man's Chest from Pirates of the Carribean
(the boys were so jealous they didn't get to see this and their sister did)

The ball cage made of bones

Kimmie and Daddy exploring the island

After we got off the island we saw Jack and Sally over by the Haunted Mansion
Kimmie was sooo excited! We had actually chased over to see them earlier but missed them.
Of all the princesses she met that day Jack and Sally were the highlight.

Then we found Pixie Hollow
Kimmie flew in for a visit

Kimmie took our picture for us and did a great job

Kimmie was hoping to see a fairy, but I was bad at planning our time and arrived just after they left, but we still had a fun time exploring and taking pictures.

This is Rosetta (a fav of Kimmie's)

This is Silver Mists home (another fav)

Ready to enter fairyland

Such a cutie

We enjoyed the day going on rides and not having to hurry anywhere.
We went on all the rides in FantasyLand a few times and
Thunder Mountain a bunch more times.
Our last ride of the day was Autopia
Kimmie rode with me but I gave her the wheel.
It was a wild ride
I told her if she didn't watch the rode we would crash, haha
she got all serious after that

Ches bringing up the rear
Over all it was a great day in Disneyland. Kimmie loved being the center of attention (of course) and Ches and I loved only having one child to try and please.
Our days in Disneyland were so fun and we have made memories that we will have for a lifetime.
The kids want to go back, and I hope we can at least once more before our kids are all grown up.
